Originally from Sauble Beach, Ontario, Heather Bryant moved to Boston on a whim and now lives in Rhode Island.
In the past ten years, she has been a film festival program director, book editor, master of arts graduate and college poetry instructor.
These days, she runs a tutoring program for low-income college kids, writes grant proposals for cool organizations, and has somehow ended up as general operations and marketing lady for a yoga studio and its non-profit arm.
In addition to poetry and art, Heather passionately wrote and drew comic books and zines for several years.
Her new project is a four-book series: a little science-fiction, a little urban fantasy, framed by the bond (and break) between siblings. The first part is EKO.
